Final Cut Pro Tip #029 – Play in to Out
Lets say that you want Final Cut Pro to only play from the in point to the out point and stop. Well, this is how you do that. It can be on an individual clip or on the timeline.
Step one select your in and out points. Step two use this key command (shift \). That is the key right under the delete key. This is the play in to out feature, and FCP with play on the the frames from the in point to the out point.
