Final Cut Pro Tip #015 – Use The Tool Bench
The Tool Bench is like any other Final Cut window. You can use it to house the audio mixer, frame viewer, quickview, video scopes, and voice over. Since FCP uses a tab system in its windows you don’t have to use the Tool Bench for these items, and can move their individual tabs to any FCP window you like. However, the Tool Bench is their default window and is a rather convenient. To access the the Tool Bench you must first activate one one of the above mentioned tools in the Tools menu.
